When the PCC recently concluded its 15th Annual General Assembly, it gave some time to pause to think of it as an event that went beyond the usual meetings that summed accomplishments and mapped out strategic plans and programs for the future. It was more of a gathering that carried a strong atmosphere of a family affair. Be it at work or play, joining minds and efforts together to come up with a workable set of programs and policies or reveling in the pleasure of each others’ companies, these pictures  truly have a lot of good things to tell.
